Victoria Loy

A firm believer in continuous professional development, Mdm Victoria Loy pursued a Master’s degree in Education at the National Institute of Education (Singapore) and excelled. She received several art awards and teaching awards, and was a finalist for the President’s Award for Teachers (PAT) in 2005 and 2009. Prior to joining STAR, she was a Head of Department for Pupil Development and Visual Arts at Orchid Park Secondary School where she played an instrumental role in the school’s attainment of the niche status in Visual Arts. She participates actively in both local and overseas art exhibitions. She believes that the heart of education is the education of the heart.
