STAR Champions are acknowledged for their leadership potential as well as dedication and passion towards their subject discipline. The STAR Champions programme, as a role-based Networked Learning Community, aims to develop teacher-leaders in their pedagogical and leadership competencies for music teaching in the 21st century. STAR Champions attend professional development sessions, including open classroom demonstrations, to deepen pedagogical understanding. They lead their cluster music teachers by conducting workshops that advance pedagogical understanding of student-centric music education.Provide a platform for teachers to discuss effective music teaching strategies.
